QDCat Version 1.3
Copyright (C) 1998-1999 Powerlaunch Computers Limited
All Rights Reserved
Product Description:
QDCat will produce the html/javascript files for a website product catalogue,
allowing the listing and calculation of orders including delivery costs and
tax. It also produces an order form which can be printed, or utilise CGI
to email the details or hook into a custom system.
The resulting output uses frames to split the screen into two or three areas -
index, item, and optionally the order. Having the third frame is optional when
creating the html catalogue.
It can also be used to create an indexed information system for a web site,
being able to convert text files into indexed html 'pages'.
The program runs on Windows 3.1/95/NT, and the resulting catalogues have been
tested on Internet Explorer 3.02 and above, and Netscape Navigator version 3 and
above.
The best way to see what the program can do is to install it by running
install.exe. Then start QDCat and produce a catalogue from the example. This
is set up when you start QDCat.
